Cape Trib Beach House

The Cape Trib Beach House puts you right in the middle of some of the oldest rainforest alive today while still being right on the edge of the coral sea. You can swim right off the beach and see living coral reef, with schools of bright fish. Wander through the forest and you spot the elusive cassowary or one of many other rare creatures that make this forest their home.

PK's Jungle Village

PK's Jungle Village is located right in the heart of Cape Tribulation, near beach and National Park. Facilities include the famous Jungle Bar with its parties and cane toad races, swimmingpool, supermarket, pharmacy, restaurant, take away etc.

Crocodylus

We are situated in between the World Heritage rainforest areas of the Daintree and Cape Tribulation National Parks and the Great Barrier Reef. This is a unique location for a youth hostel. Everyone is welcome at the Crocodylus village, and will enjoy the warm and friendly atmosphere. Our jungle restaurant provides beautiful homely meals. Being in a remote area, we generate our own electricity and have our own general store. There are miles upon miles of sandy beach which can be reached on our bus service for free! We also offer a wide variety of activities. All run by local people, giving it that friendly touch.

Daintree Retreat

Daintree Rainforest Retreat is a small boutique villa style motel,recently renovated. All rooms are surrounded by tropical gardens with unique fauna and flora therefore guests park a little away from the rooms. We have a large saltwater swimming pool situated amongst tropical gardens.For those that do not wish to self cater OR to have a truly relaxing holiday, the Retreat has a small restaurant where you can enjoy breakfast by the pool or served in our delightful dining area surrounded by tropical gardens as well as dinner in the evening. Rainforest Hideaway

Bed and breakfast style accommodation at Cape Tribulation in the World Heritage listed Daintree rainforest.
Rainforest Hideaway is an amazing, owner-built, tropical design house and has private cabins and regular visits by wildlife, including cassowaries, deep inside the oldest rainforest in the world but, surprisingly, the nights are mosquito-free!

It is situated within walking distance of Cape Tribulation "town"centre, breathtaking beaches, National Park boardwalk, restaurant, bar and shop.

Cape Tribulation is where the Daintree rainforest meets the Great Barrier Reef and this assures a wide variety of activities to explore this very special part of our planet and therefore a stay of at least two or three nights is recommended. Activities include; snorkeling / scuba-diving, horse riding, guided rainforest walks, 4WD safaris, seakayaking, jungle surfing, fruit tasting, crocodile cruises and fishing.
